... unfortunately, the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic thwarted our plans to start off the High North Dialogue 2020 with the AlaskaNor Key Recommendations side event, planned on 18 March 2020, as we had to cancel both the conference and our AlaskaNor event.

However, we have not been passive. Not only have Andreas Raspotnik, Andreas Østhagen and Charles Colgan contemplated on the conceptual ambiguity of the term blue economy in a Working Paper for the Polar Cooperation Research Centre @ Kobe University.

Moreover, in order to engage in a fruitful discussion with our audience at the HND20-side-event, we prepared exclusive report summaries and key recommendations, to be downloaded under Reports! The reports themselves will be published over the summer 2020.
